Bill Mastrangelo – President
Bill is a senior-level business executive with a unique blend of sales, engineering, and leadership experience. He has achieved triple-digit revenue growth in short time spans for Fortune 500 companies, connecting customers with exceptional solutions of products and services. He is responsible for all business growth and expansion. His responsibilities include managing direct and partner sales, crafting marketing strategies, brand development, lead generation, revenue, margin, and sales enablement.
Previously, Bill served as Vice President of Trailhead Academy at Salesforce, directing a team of 31 sellers, partner managers, education architects, training advisors, and program managers in business-to-business sales, partner sales, academic partnerships, workforce development partnerships, and government programs in North and South America. He led this team to build and develop Salesforce talent across all products so customers and partners could build and scale their businesses on Salesforce. He was responsible for revenue generation, learner development, and region certification growth through sales and programs.
Rich Rushton – COO
Rich Rushton has over 25 years of experience in business development, partner relations, operations, and general management in the software training industry. Under his leadership, his training centers have won multiple awards, including Citrix Authorized Learning Center of the Year. Rich has aligned himself with the best trainers and content providers in the industry, establishing a network of strategic partnerships. Rich enables his company to deliver consistent, high-caliber software training anywhere globally.
Todd Hurst – Chairman
Todd Hurst trained professionals for over 11 years with a focus on Citrix. Hurst held certifications as a Citrix Certified Instructor and Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator. He contributed to the original Citrix Certified Integration Architect track. He was awarded by Citrix the Citrix Certified Instructor of the Year in 2005 and 2006 and the Most Strategic Citrix Certified Instructor in 2007. He holds numerous credits in Citrix and NetScaler training manuals. Todd was widely regarded as one of the best Citrix trainers and now turns his expertise towards providing the best IT training for professionals. Under his leadership, his company has won multiple awards, including Citrix Authorized Learning Center of the Year.
Jeff Brambir – Director of Operations and Vendors
Extensive background in the technology industry with heavy emphasis on training and technical staff management, Partner recruitment and management, customer relations, best practice definition and implementation, project management, solution implementation, and problem solving.
