Public Class Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Cancellation and rescheduling requests for public classes must be submitted at least 15 calendar days prior to the first day of class to avoid a fee.
- Cancellation or rescheduling over 15 days from the class start date will not be assessed a fee. The learner is eligible to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Cancellation or rescheduling within 15 days of the class start date is subject to a fee of 50% of the purchase price.
- No-shows or cancellations on the start day or later is subject to a fee of 100% of the full purchase price.
- Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show fees cannot be applied toward future training events.

Attendee Substitutions
Attendee substitutions are allowed at no additional charge. Substitutions must be submitted one business day prior to the class start date.
Retakes of a Class
Attendees who wish to retake a class for any reason are considered new enrollments and subject to the prices listed for the class.
Class Cancellations by CloudWise Learning
CloudWise Learning reserves the right to cancel any class at least seven calendar days before the scheduled start date. If a class is canceled, learners will be notified via email. Attendees will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Private Classes Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Private classes must be canceled or rescheduled more than 30 days before the first day of class to avoid a fee. Any cancellation or rescheduling requests after that are subject to a fee as detailed below:
- Cancellation or rescheduling more than 30 calendar days from the start date can be rescheduled at no additional cost, or a full refund can be received.
- Cancellation or rescheduling 30 – 14 calendar days from the start date is subject to a fee of 20% of the purchase price.
- Cancellation or rescheduling 13 – 7 calendar days from the start date is subject to a fee of 50% of the purchase price.
- Cancellation or rescheduling less than 7 calendar days from the start date is subject to a fee of 100% of the purchase price.
- Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show fees cannot be applied toward future training events.
